HOW TO GET RID OF PIMPLES OVERNIGHT

Pimples have a tendency of making an appearance at almost the wrong time. It’s like they are aware that an important family function or a party is round the corner. Although, they are a very common phenomenon, they cause a lot of inconvenience. They not only become the most prominent feature on the face but also, can cause the skin to become irritable, itchy or cause pain. Most importantly, they are a big shout out that the skin isn’t in good condition. But, don’t you stress about those petty little spots. We at Styleshaala did a little research to know more about the zits we mutually detest and found a simple and effective remedy to get rid of it.

What are Pimples?

Pimples are an inflammation of the skin caused mainly due to accumulated dirt on the face.

How are pimples caused?

Pimples are mainly caused due to bacteria, excessive oil and dirt accumulation on the skin or due to dead skin cells. This could be mainly due to exposure to pollution, sweating and dry/ oily skin. Not cleaning the face often can cause the skin to be infected which could lead to an outburst.

What is the Solution?

The solution is easier spoken of than actually experienced. Pimples can be caused differently for different types of skin. A remedy that may suit one skin type may not suit another thus, making the situation worse. And if not handled with care, it can lead to an annoying, permanent mark on the skin. Hence, the best remedy for this natural yet unpleasant red spot is using natural products that have a soothing effect on the skin. And most importantly provide quick and long lasting solution.

So we present to you a nice little recipe to satiate your appetite for beautiful skin. So rush to your kitchen and keep these ingredients handy to get started instantly.

THE INGREDIENTS:

  • Cinnamon powder (1 tsp)

It is an effective anti microbial that helps get rid of bacteria. It also provides a refreshing effect on the skin and helps to rejuvenate the pores thus, getting rid of dead skin cells.

  • Honey (2 tbsp)

Honey is a natural antibacterial element. It has a cleansing effect on the skin. Its antibiotic properties protect the skin from any damage or reactions. It also acts as a natural moisturizer thus, resulting in smooth skin.

THE PROCESS:

  • Mix the ingredients

Mixture: Take a bowl and add the mixture. Stir well to avoid lumps to be formed.

Paste Texture: The resulting paste will be thick and sticky.

  • Apply the paste

Area of application: Apply the paste evenly across the face, irrespective of the area where the pimples exist.

Application method: Rub the paste evenly across the face. Be gentle while applying the paste especially, in the area where the pimple exists to avoid bursting it.

Quantity: Based on your skin type, you could use more of the paste for oily skin.

  • Leave the paste on

Activity time: Leave the paste on for 10 – 15 minutes. Give the ingredients time to work their charm.

  • Remove the paste

Technique: Wash your face with water first to get rid of the paste.

Facewash usage: Do not use the facewash immediately so as to avoid the chemicals from reacting with each other and causing any kind of harm. Wash your face properly till the skin no longer feels sticky.

IMPORTANT #STYLESHAALA TIPS:

  • Avoid using the paste around the eyes

The paste may cause a burning sensation to the eyes. Hence, avoid using it around the eyes.

  • Tie your hair up

The paste is sticky and not easily removable. So, in case you do not have plans of washing your hair, tie them up.

  • The paste is effective for glowing and smooth skin

That is indeed the cherry on the cake. Do consider this process in case you are aiming for smooth and glowing skin.

  • Test the paste first

This is a tip we will never tire from offering. Any kind of paste needs to be tested first to avoid any kind of unknown reaction. Although the ingredients are in their purest form, there could be a problem owing to how old they are or how sensitive the skin is.

Apart from a few precautions, this paste is the best remedy you will find. So say goodbye to the unwanted, little guests and welcome your refreshed, beautiful new skin.

I started writing on this blog in November 2011, with a keen interest with Indian Ethnic Fashion, Since I didn't have any experience or could not get an entry-level position or an internship, I made the decision for blogging to demonstrate my writing talents as well as my love of Indian Ethnic fashion. I posted my Indian style ideas and suggestions that help others try something new and to have fun in their clothes, regardless of Size. I generally disagree with the fashion standards of most people and do not believe in wearing clothes that fit your body shape.
