While water is the most recommended type of fluid, you can also opt for healthy drinks like fruit juices, sugar-free tea, milk, etc., occasionally.
Maintaining your weight is very important if you wish to remain healthy. This does not mean that you have to reduce your weight or become under-weight. It simply means that you must keep a track of your weight, so that it does not grow drastically. Excess fat can cause major health problems like heart diseases, cancer, diabetes, etc.

Not only are dairy products good in taste, they are also very healthy! Low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese, soymilk, etc., help give strength to your bones. Since, as you age, your bones start becoming weaker and weaker, the intake of dairy products for every adult is a must!
Getting good rest and peaceful sleep is very important for our body to remain healthy! It helps in keeping your muscles relaxed, enables healthy development and growth, and keeps you alert and focused. Therefore getting at least 8 hours of deep sleep is very important.
A healthy lifestyle can never be attained if your smoking and drinking habits are prevalent. Most of your health issues arise due to such habits, which can affect not only you, but also the people around you! However, if you are successful in cutting yourself off from such things, it can help you live a healthier as well as a happier life!
